FAQ
Ordering and payment
- How do I place an order?
Choose a piece in the shop or build your own in the configurator and send a request. We don’t take payment straight away: a manager confirms availability and timing and sends an invoice or a payment link.
- How can I pay?
By card or SBP online — payments are processed by Tochka Bank. Or by invoice — a bank transfer using our details or the QR code in your banking app.
- Do prices include VAT?
Yes, prices on the site include 5% VAT.
- Can I use a promo code or a gift certificate?
Yes. Enter a certificate code or promo code at checkout in the cart; a promo code also works in a furniture request. A certificate is valid for a year and can be spent in parts.
- How do I receive a gift certificate?
Pay by card or SBP on the site and the certificate arrives by email straight away, as a PDF sheet with a code. Amounts: 20,000 ₽, 40,000 ₽, 60,000 ₽, 100,000 ₽.

Assembly and care
- Does furniture arrive assembled?
Furniture on steel rods is assembled with the keys from the box, following the instructions. Some tables arrive glued in our workshop — each product page says how that piece is assembled.
- How do I care for the surface?
A damp sponge and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. The material resists wine, coffee and spice stains better than acrylic solid surface. Deep scratches sand out — the surface is restored by refinishing.
- What shouldn’t I clean it with?
Acetone, white spirit, petrol and other solvents; alcohol stronger than 70%; bleach and ammonia. Keep away from direct heat sources. Under constant direct sun the shade may change over time.
- What about scratches?
They sand out: a random-orbit sander, P120 up to P2000, without overheating one spot.
Custom sizes and the configurator
- Can I get furniture made to my size?
Yes, in the configurator: size to the millimetre, colour, castors — with an instant price. Furniture to your size takes from 45 working days.
- Do I need to sign up?
No. The configurator, the files and the request all work without an account.
- Where does “Save” keep my model?
Only in this browser. To open the model on another device or show a client, use “Share”: the link carries the sizes and colour.
- Which files can I download?
From the configurator: a PNG picture and OBJ and GLB 3D models; product pages also have FBX and DXF. There are no .max, DWG or BIM files yet.
- Will the colour match the screen?
Close, but every sheet’s pattern is unique — the flecks fall differently. Samples are the safest guide.
For cafés and shops
- What is the minimum order?
50,000 ₽ per order: we sell objects for cafés and shops in batches — the price calculation shows how many pieces reach that amount.
- What is the lead time?
Made to order only: 30–45 days.
- Do you make custom series?
Yes, from 5 to 40,000 pieces with consistent quality from batch to batch. We adapt dimensions, fixings and assembly to the brief — within the sheet formats — and make a sample for sign-off before launch.
- Can you add our logo?
Yes: engraving or a brand colour — for merch and corporate gifts.
Material
- What is the material made of?
Sheets: 100% recycled polystyrene (rPS), pressed from granules.
- Is the material water-resistant?
Yes. The material doesn’t absorb water, swell or rot, and fungal growth is 0%. It’s suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and high-humidity areas.
- How does the material behave in sunlight?
Indoors, there are no restrictions. UV resistance is moderate: under constant direct sun, shades may change over time, so for outdoor use and south-facing shop windows we’ll help you choose a suitable colour and solution.
- What loads can it take?
It depends on thickness: 12 mm — panels and fronts (worktops need a substrate), 20 mm — light worktops, 30 mm — bar and reception counters, 40 mm — heavy worktops and benches. We’ll help you calculate the structure.
- Can the material be bent?
Yes, by thermoforming: when heated, the sheet takes on smooth bends and radii. We make curved fronts, rounded edges and three-dimensional elements in our workshop.
- Why does the pattern differ from the photo?
The flecks fall differently every time, so every sheet’s pattern is unique. It isn’t a defect.
- Can I order a brand colour?
Yes: we’ll build a mix from in-stock colours to match your reference, or dye to RAL / Pantone. Before a batch goes into production, we approve a physical 500 × 500 mm sample.
- How can I see the material in person?
Order samples — 12 × 6 cm tiles in a kit of 6, 9 or 12 colours. No payment up front: architecture and design studios working on a project get them free; otherwise a manager will send you a payment link for the kit: 6 colours — 3,500 ₽, 9 colours — 4,500 ₽, 12 colours — 5,500 ₽.
- What happens to offcuts and old panels?
We take them back through our buy-back programme: clean offcuts and end-of-life panels go back into production, and you get credit towards your next order.
